REI Case Study
Completed in April 2022, the purpose of this assignment was to help REI plan for, pitch, and promote a hypothetical VR game. The report includes a complete situational analysis of both the outdoor goods market and the VR gaming market, media targets and promotional planning, a press release, and a blog post about the game. I really enjoyed this assignment, as I previously knew very little about REI, and was able to pair the knowledge I had about video games and software development with the research I had gathered about REI Co-op and their brand values.
